Summer break plans

– Get up when you feel awake, whenever that is.
– Drink coffee in silence every day.
– Meditate often.
– Ignore phone as much as you can.
– Take naps, ideally in the sunshine by the lake.
– Cuddle the cats, a lot.
– Watch the clouds.
– Only eat when you are hungry.
– Check emails never.
– Let music into your day a lot.
– Read books you wanna read. Do not put them down if you have the time.
– Watch the sunset by the lake.
– Listen to yourself: what do you need today?
– Treat yourself to something nice every once in a while.
– Do not worry about being in shape.
– Have lunch with him, a lot.
– Enjoy silence.
– Do what you want, not what you feel you should.
– Spend time only with people you want to see.
– Ride your bike without knowing where you end up.
– See him. Kiss him. Be with him.
– Clean out negative energies.
– Fall asleep next to him whenever possible.
– Try something new.
– Only write when you have the urge to do so.

Breathe. You do not have to do anything.
