Mystery Blogger Award and me

Thanks to Helen from „Utopie versus Realität“, my blog got nominated for the Mystery Blogger Award! As usual, I am both honored and mystified, and will do my best to confirm to all the rules. Thank you, Helen. 🌞

Moreover, I enjoy knowing that there are people out there I have never met that read my words, so sincerely thank you, everyone that stops by. Your (often wordless) appreciation is a gift.❤

MY THANK YOU TO HELEN: is a blog I like to read when I want to ponder and am in the mood for philosophical questions arising. Thank you!

1. I try to be generous to others.
2. When I eat good food, I am deliriously happy.
3. Sometimes I just want a simple life without my awareness and mindfulness. It seems easier, yet it isn’t.

Everybody that would like to answer my questions is welcome to feel nominated. I dislike nominations, I do not wish for anyone to be obliged. It is fun after all.

1. Do you believe that things happen for a reason or do you believe that there is no purpose whatsoever? Or something in between?
I believe things happen for a reason, if it is only for us to learn something and do better next time. Furthermore, I believe we decide how we see things that happen to us.

2. What makes you angry?
Bright but lazy students without a purpose and the motivation to find one. Colleagues that do not care and disrespect students. When I can not decide for myself but have to follow the rules of someone else. Men that do not know what they want but pretend to do. People that do not accept a gentle “No“ and are mad at the second, more forceful one.

3. Would you change your past decisions, if you could? Which one(s)?
Who wouldn’t at least like to change one past decision? However, I feel I was not ready then, in some situations, to act differently (e.g. Not ready to leave somebody that did not treat me with love). However, I am sure ready now to stand up for myself.

4. What does your perfect day look like?
I drink coffee on the couch with my cat on my lap, do yoga with time and joy, and meditate. Afterwards, I meet my boyfriend for lunch and sunbathe by the lake later (reading, peoplewatching, eating icecream and swimming included) before I ride my bike home where we cook something good together. And later we enjoy quality time together, either on the balcony or out going for a walk or light hike in the woods.

5. My weird/funny question for you: imagine you are abducted by aliens. What are they like?
I hope sexy and not disgusting.

1. What aspect of your personality are you currently working on improving?
2. What have you always wanted to do but never done/tried?
3. How do you deal with a conflict with a person that repeatedly occurs, and both of you do not know how to change this?
4. Are you in the perfect profession for yourself?Why/ why not?
5. If you were a cat… what would you do? (strange question)

Letter to post-Corona me

Goodbye, princess
