My last 30 days – highlights!

Even though Corona is back and striking harshly and thus I could not celebrate my dad’s 65th birthday with him (no test available at such short notice to cross the border), it seems to me that there is richness and beauty in my days. Opposed to all the negative news present in the media and in school (drama drama drama), I choose to see the good in my life. Maybe you do, too.

1. Our female cat does not have any kind of tumor, her higher calcium is harmless.
2. A friend of mine has presented me with a bunch of good reads- real hardcover and paperback books. I love seeing the stack of them on my bedside table.πŸ˜ŠπŸ™‚ … can’t wait to start reading!
3. Before Germany declared Vorarlberg a risky destination due to an infection rate they see as threatening, my family and boyfriend and me celebrated my sister’s 30th together – a whole day of family, laughter, good food and hanging out in the garden. Thanks!
4. In Salsa, I have learned to turn 180Β° with my back turned. After two years of frustrating unsuccessful turns of this kind, being able to do this feels like a miracle. My boyfriend and me now both enjoy Salsa at an advanced level.πŸ˜‰
5. My new flexibility – thanks to doing yoga – has been a benefit when doing sensual poses in Bachata. I bend more easily and actually feel sensual doing so. Hmmm.πŸ˜‡πŸ’•
6. I have found a Yoga group practise Tuesday evenings I very much enjoy and that challenges me, too. Moreover, I finally get what people mean when they talk about their centre.
7. Last week, a good friend of me and I spent an afternoon at a spa. It reminded me that the simple things, friends you care about, and time, matter.β˜€
8. The Coaching session with a new coach still shows positives effects; they reverberate in me, unseen but felt with gratitude.
9. This year, I do not teach any afternoon classes, and have much more time for preparing lessons with more creativity and enthusiasm. Awesome!
10. I feel loved and supported by the people in my life.β™₯β™₯β™₯
