What I have not done in a while
… but might be good selfcare? or just good for me?
Sit by the lake and enjoy the sun.
Soak in the hot tub forever.
Talk to a true friend about how I really feel.
Have a good cry.
Do something that makes me laugh.
Dance. Just because.
Try something new.
Talk to someone that gives me a new perspective.
Let myself be held by loving arms.
Not call anyone I do not want to hear.
Do my job and leave it at that. It is a job, after all.
Tell the ones that hurt me that they do. Hurt me.
Cancel all the appointments in my calender I do not feel like having right now.
Read a cheesy romance novel.
Ignore all the tips about selfcare and my thankfulness diary and just do what feels right.
Be kind to myself.
(The last being the hardest for me).
